The room was insulated poorly. The bathroom reeked of mildew, indicating a need for better ventilation and thorough cleaning. I faced issues with the sauna not being available at the expected time, causing unnecessary waiting.

I had warm, comfy room complete with tea & coffee making and coffee plus good breakfast. Location: the hotel was near to the nice' achterhoek' as well as the West railway station. The service was excellent, totally satisfied

The staff was busy.

The breakfast offered a splendid variety, with a hot and cold selection as well as delicious fresh fruit. The outdoor area provided a lovely setting to unwind after a busy day. The experience was marred by slow service at the restaurant and a sauna that was unavailable when promised, leaving us frustrated. The bathroom had a persistent mildew odor that suggested a need for better ventilation and cleaning.

Really helpful staff. Great breakfast included in room rate made this really good value

Decor etc quite dated, but smoke free and the staff more than made up for old fashioned decor

Fantastic and clean place, everything was good. The bar served lots of meals for breakfast. Appreciated staying at the single room with good breakfast, tea & coffee, as example.

The Standard Double Room with Balcony was comfy and had a nice view. Lots of amenities like a tv and tea/coffee maker. Enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and sauna. Breakfast was lovely with a hot & cold buffet. The fireplace area was cozy too.

the sauna was not available at the promised time, but the staff was very friendly and the location was a 2.5km walk to restaurants. the bowling was a lot of fun too! !

The breakfast was amazin, lots of choice with hot and cold stuff. Comfy seating in the dining area, really liked the fireplace vibe. The pool looked fun even tho we didn't use it. Enjoyed lovely walks around the hotel. Friendly staff!

It was just a well-suited match for a weekend jaunt in Winterswijk with best value for money ratio. I particularly enjoyed the indoor swimming pool after a long day, refreshing and a nice surprise. Definitely ask about any available amenities in advance to avoid disappointment.

The hotel is clean and good value for money. the location is peaceful and not far from the west railway station, the market, and the beautiful 'Achterhoek'. - the room was spacious and warm, and for an extra 10 euros, I enjoyed these amenities. - the staff was very friendly and welcoming. - Central heating and a multi-channel TV were available in the room.
